Real Estate Photography

Professional Real Estate Photography by Andre Vroon. Real Estate Photography for Home Sales, Brochures, Advertising, Digital Media & More. Residential & Commercial Real Estate Photography Wellington.

What is Real Estate Photography?

Photographing a property that is for sale (or for lease) requires a different approach than photographing it for an architect or designer, for example. It’s about emphasising size and space and the layout of a property and what makes it appealing to live in, rather than a more narrow focus on design, function and aesthetics.

Who is it for?

Real estate agents, accommodation providers, property managers or anyone wishing to market their property.

What is you approach to it?

Professional real estate photography is a must for anyone wishing to market and sell their property. In a crowded and competitive field, it is important that the photography stands out above the rest. If you’re looking for a premium product that delivers magazine quality results, you have come to the right place. In an industry where a quick turnaround is paramount, we want to make sure that we utilise the short amount of time we are allocated on site wisely, getting a wide variety of angles of both the exterior and interior aspects to produce a compelling overview of the property and all its features. We emphasize size and space, and how those spaces connect to each other, including indoor-outdoor flow. Advanced post production techniques are used to ensure images look their best. Getting people to a property is half the battle so our aim is to wow and entice potential buyers to come and have a look at the property for themselves. Photographs are delivered within 24 hours, often sooner.

What geographical areas do you cover?

Based in the northern suburbs of Wellington city, I am well positioned to cover the wider metropolitan area, all the way from Seatoun in the south to Porirua and the Hutt Valley to the north. I often work further afield in the neighbouring districts of Wairarapa and the Kapiti Coast.

Do you do aerial photography?

Wellington is one of the most challenging areas to photograph property due to its steep, bush-clad terrain. As a certified drone pilot, I am able to get aerial perspectives that would be difficult to get otherwise. Not only do I use a drone but I also have an 8 metre long telescopic pole system that allows me to get high quality elevated shots with ease.
