The way we live here in Aotearoa has been rapidly changing over the last few years, with the cost of living and a boom in house prices making standalone homes unaffordable for many. Our population is also increasing and intensifying, particularly in the cities, so we need to think of new ways to approach housing. Townhouses and apartments are one solution being touted, which have become increasingly popular in recent years and I have certainly photographed my share off them.
